Office2016 to office365 license cannot be changed
When I want to upgrade from office 2016 to office 365, I finds that the license doesn’t change anyway, so I found a solution. Let me experiment for you.
As you can see, my product is office 2016, but when I click Change license, It didn’t upgrade to 365
Firstly, open CMD as an administrator and enter the following command

You can see that there are two licenses, so we need to delete them now

7qwyx and khgm9 are the last five of your own products
Delete both of them. It will show you the successful deletion
Let’s re-enter
1 | cscript "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\ OSPP.VBS " /dstatus |
You can see that it has been deleted successfully
Next, open the office software, select the corresponding license, and you can find that it has been successfully changed
